Our kids devour these kale chips like nobody’s business, and anything that can get two pint sized tots under the age of 4 to tuck into cruciferous vegetables is a must-do in my book! Oh, and adults love them too (they make a great healthy option for your upcoming game watching party or tailgate!)!
One bunch kale, preferably curly
2 T olive oil
1 t Red Door Farms Hamburger Seasoning
Preheat oven to 300 degrees and remove ribs from kale leaves. Discard ribs and tear leaves into chip-sized pieces (they’ll shrink a bit in the oven, so overestimate on size here). On a rimmed baking sheet, massage kale leaves liberally with olive oil, then sprinkle with Red Door Farms Hamburger Seasoning, making sure each leaf gets some of the seasoning (remassaging if, like mine, your sprinkling technique needs some work…!). Arrange leaves in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Cool chips on baking sheet, then devour.
