RDF Oven Fries
3 large russet potatoes
3 T olive oil
1 T Red Door Farms® Hamburger Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes into wedges approximately ¼ inch thick at thickest point (the thinner they are, the crisper they get when cooked!) and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with Red Door Farms®, and spread potatoes into a single layer. Bake 25 minutes. Turn fries over and bake until crispy on both sides, about 25 minutes more.
