Classic Bloody Mary, Meet Your Replacement
1 lemon wedge (about 1/8 of a lemon)
1 lime wedge (about 1/8 of a lime)
2 oz. vodka (your choice, we won't judge)
4 oz. tomato juice (plain, unadulterated)
2 to 3 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco is our go to)
1 t prepared horseradish
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 and 1/4 t Red Door Farms Hamburger Seasoning, divided
1 celery stalk
Start with the glass: pour 1 tsp. of the Red Door Farms Hamburger Seasoning onto a small plate. Rub the lemon or lime wedge on the rim of a highball or pint glass, then roll the wet rim in the plate of RDF until fully coated. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker (and toss them in, too!). Add all remaining ingredients (including remaining 1/4 tsp. of RDF) to shaker and fill shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the RDF-rimmed glass.
Garnish with the celery stalk and enjoy (responsibly, of course). Optional garnishes: bacon, olives, a lemon slice, and anything else that says "bloody mary" to you.
