Roasted Root Vegetables (Serves 4)
2 1/2 lbs. mixed root vegetables (parsnips, carrots, rutabaga, turnips, potatoes, etc.), diced into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 T Red Door Farms® Hamburger Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss root vegetables, olive oil, and Red Door Farms®. Spread into a single layer and roast for 40-50 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking.
