The Original RDF Burger (Serves 3)
1 lb. ground beef (preferably 85% lean)
1 T Red Door Farms® Hamburger Seasoning
In a medium bowl, combine beef and Hamburger Seasoning until just mixed. Do not overwork the mixture. Form seasoned beef into 3 patties (1/3 pound each). Grill over high heat, flipping once (around 2 minutes per side for medium rare).* For an extra kick, baste patties (once per side) with beer of choice. * - Warning! Consuming raw or undercooked beef increases the risk of foodborne illness and may cause chest hair or beer consumption. Serve immediately on grilled bun.
